Living Well With Hearing Loss Workshops 2018-12-13T12:51:28+00:00

Free, informal, friendly and open to all

It is difficult to find out the best way to manage a hearing loss and you may feel unsure about whether a hearing aid is the best option for you.

Find out more at our Living Well with Hearing Loss workshop either by attending a workshop in person or by following the Hearing Matters online course.

At our half-day workshop, you will be offered information about hearing loss, hearing aids and other devices such as TV listeners, with an opportunity to discuss tactics for improving your listening environment. The facilitators have personal experience of hearing loss and offer insights into how to overcome the day-to-day challenges of living with this condition. This will help you to make a decision about the best option for you plus you will be given guidance on where to get further support.

It not only affects you, but your circle of family and friends. You are encouraged to attend a workshop with a partner or friend to help everyone better understand how to communicate better.

The free Hearing Matters online course is produced in partnership with HealthUnlocked. This will give you a wealth of information and guidance about how to manage hearing loss and where to obtain further support.

To book either a workshop or the Hearing Matters online course, click on one of the boxes below.

If you need support to book or further information please contact us either by e-mail to or phone on 01223 849798.
